Our relationship with Martin has been ongoing since his kind acknowledgement of our work in his 2018 novel “The Taste of Vengeance”. Since then, Martin has been an amazing champion of our passion for the products and ingredients of the region as he is for all things of the Perigord. He has kindly agreed to join us on this amazing 3 day Perigord adventure..
